I am going to go swimming and start the exercise very soon like tomorrow as although I am losing weight its not falling off me now.

Thanks very much Dave and Irene I will add you to my list and thanks for letting others know too!

Still munching on fruit, had to go and buy all the mulled wine for the Christmas fair at St Johns at Isleworth today, looking through the long wine isle it looked very tempting , but of course I will wait another 12 weeks!!!!!

Monday 27th November 2006

Fruit for breakfast.

Another busy day again and out and about, must start the exercise!!

Not really much to report apart from Pheonix is Mary in her nativity play and is word perfect on her lines!

She is a true performer if there was one!!

Sunday 26th November 06

Up early and did some ironing and off to buy my paper its always the Sunday Times and I always do it no matter where I am, its the only routine thing I do every week.

Off to church with Sky and Pheonix, I am organising the Church Fair and made a plea for help as I havent got a clue what I am doing, however I am quite good at orgaising parties so it should be ok.

Had lots of offers of help which was great !

Off to meet my brother at Groomsbridge National Forest down the A21, great for moutain bikes kids loved it and my dad managed to make a bee line to the cafe menu, and then said he was tired and went off for cake and tea. We joined him after wearing the kids out.

Went round to my brothers who has rented a 16th centruy cottage really in the middle of no where. Caroline his wife and James cooked a wonderful meal and whilst they were woofing back the wine I stayed on the water!!

Back home late to put the kids to bed!

Saturday 25th November 2006 Day out with Sky

Hi All,

I dont need to cut the church lawn for the first time in ages , which isnt good for the excercise, but stops me getting wet.

Fruit for breakfast and then off to Skys swimming lesson at 9.30 a.m.

Pheonix has ballet and then a party, so Sky and I (my son) are off to ride trains. Thats what we do we go on the piccadely line for a change and into London and across to Stratford on the Jublilee line as Sky likes the station.

We go back to the city and get off at Monument as make Sky walk all the way to the Barbican library where he wanted to go not entirley impressed , but told him all my old city war stories.

As we were just about to walk into the library I noticed the buiding across at Linklaters and there were alot of people in different meetings rooms having meetings.

I just hope the people in there remember the one thing you cant buy is more time!

I made Sky go to Borough Road Market at London Bridge highly recommend if you havent been the smell and site of fod is wonderful. Sky doesnt like it as he says "there are dead things hanging up" Sky is very urban like his mum in all ways so he wasnt pleased.

I bought some prawns and fudge for daps and Pheonix I know from experience it is the worlds best fudge, so if thats your thing email me and I will send you the web link.

Back home cooked roasted pork chop and coscos for dinner

Wedensday 22nd November 2006 Very Intersting day

Very intersting day today meeting in morning in Richmond always like meeting there as not only is it visually pleasing its also 5 mins away!

What made today interesting I hear you say, well it was an ALMA meeting, which was really very good, I was very late, but got to talk about my diet , a lady called Beryl talked about her trip to Mozambque and it was really from the heart not something you normally hear. What struck me was Beryle's observations especailly the difference between us and the people she met was they do not take anything for granted.

It made what I am doing and your support even more important! So if you havent sponsored me please do.

Sheenagh and Ann have done an Alma website , which was a labour of love and gives alot of info on Mozambique and Angola and the work of ALMA.

Thank you for your support

Wednesday 18th October 2006

Hello Everyone,

Well the five aside football has taken its toll and I am as stiff as a post to put it mildly!

A mad rush this morning as had to shoot down to Newbury, so a Banna and Apple on the way.

Back into London for a meeting with a mate of mine who is trying to sort the London Tube IT systems out, I had a salad in a greasy spoon cafe how times are chaging it was really nice!!

If he (Campbell wasnt such a good mate and a very kind sponsor I would give you his contact details so you could complain about the state of London Underground! ) Its quite funny as Campbell is about my shape and is a "no holds barred guy from Ulster", and although Campbell is known to be a very dapper dresser the finest suits money can buy - as he wonders around London Underground with his identity badge on people keep asking him to carry their bags (now there is a business in the making!) However I dont think they are quite ready for the response they get!

Dinner was chicken with Cous Cous cooked by Daphne my wife very nice.

I did have a crazing later on for something sweet my first one, but managed to munch on an apple!

Many thanks for your support!

Tuesday 14th October 2006

Meetings today start with AllBran and fruit out the door.

Thanks for the guys at BLG who are a client in the City and a great law firm if you need one they come highly recommended.

Any way they laid on a specail lunch just for me of fruit so whilst the guys tucked into a fantastic 3 course meal I had summer fruits , which was equally as good. Thanks to the catering staff, who were the friendist and most helkpful I have ever come across.!!

Feel very motivated now after feeling so tired yesterday.

I also played five aside football , with a great bunch of guys 90 mins its very fast on astro turf but a very friendly group of middle aged men!!

I can feel it now , its not the usual kit around the park with the kids!!

Thanks for your support

Saturday 11th November whoops a cooked Brunch.

Potteridge this morning and then Mike cooked a wonderful cooked breakfast , I had a grilled sausage and grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, felt a little guilty.

Went out for a long walk with the kids and then down into Cotswolds with the kids went to a model railway , which the kids loved at Bauton on the water very impressive.

Then out for dinner, thanks for dinner Mike it was the Langton in Cheltenham, highly recommended.

I have to say it is really hard to eat out anywhere really as so much comes with sauces, have a look around no wonder half the popluation is fat!!

I had scallops not great I know but lovely and main course was a small chilli crab pasta, whoops, but it wasnt too big, and water lots of it.

Thanks for your support

Friday 10th November 2006

Day started very much as normal and then a drive up to Cheltenham to see old friends Mike and I.

Mike is a Glouceter rubby fan and is not scared of a drink. It was great to see them again. We went out to see some bands, Mike was amazed I was not drinking as he hadn't been out together and not had a drinlk!! Mike was my Finance Director in my last company.

So whilst everyone drunk the night away I was sipping my diet coke normally I stick to water, but that is getting a bit boring!!
